We were so impressed by the service that we received from Jesse. He was so knowledgeable, quick, clean and even entertaining. Jesse took the time to share a little garbage disposal wisdom with our 8 year old son and just made his day. We highly recommend Jesse from Snake-n-Rooter. He even fixed something that wasn't a part of the job but, made our life a little easier. 5 star service!!!

We had Delaney (I’m not sure I spelled that correctly) over today to help fix the mess of pipes our house had. He was super polite and professional, and got what could have easily been a multi-day reno done in a matter of hours. I would highly recommend these guys, and will more than likely use them again.

Mick came to our son's house and located the plumbing problem within minutes. He was professional, courteous, and took his time to do a thorough job of cleaning the line. We used Snake n Rooter at our home 32 years ago, and now our son knows to call them for any plumbing issues he has. Excellent service, affordable and fair pricing.

Our property management company for our rental house uses Snake N Rooter for plumbing issues, and I have been so impressed by this company. I have been working with them for our water heater, and our shower. They are knowledgable and efficient at their jobs. I also very much appreciate their communication throughout the process. Our household is very busy, but they have reached out to us while ordering parts, waiting on approvals, etc. and have kept us in the loop throughout the process as well as worked with our schedules. These guys are life savers! They are beyond professional and extremely personable. They came in went right to work and addressed all of my concerns and questions. Wow! Mick from Snake n Rooter did an awesome job for us. After calling several "name" companies who couldn't give me an estimated cost or senior discount we called Snake n Rooter. They gave us an estimate of cost, arrival time and a senior discount! All hit the mark. Plus they sent Mick! He not only fixed our drain he also cleaned all around the basement drain for me and made suggestions on how to handle the odor too. He's my Hero! They are my go to plumber now!!

I had such a good experience with Snake 'n' Rooter. Delaney came out and fixed an issue that multiple plumbers have been trying to fix for the last year. He explained what he had to do, kept me up to date on the whole process, and, once finished, showed me all that he had done! He even spoke with the kids and was sure to make them comfortable while he was in their home! I appreciate the service given and how professional Delaney was! I 100% recommend!

We've had an ongoing problem with our rentals pipes and everytime snake n rooter gets sent out. They are all very professional but we've been lucky enough to get Mitch twice and he definitely leaves a great impression. He explains what he's doing and doesn't talk to us like we're stupid, he's very personable, and he also remembered we have an autistic 6yo with auditory sensitivity so he let us know he had to bring in the snaking machine in but he didn't even bring the machinery in until our 6yo was upstairs so as to not get her upset with the sight and heighten her anxiety waiting for the loud scary noise. He definitely goes above and beyond!
